Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Mohammed Awal, trading as LeadFlows CRM ("LeadFlows CRM", "we", "us"), the provider of the LeadFlows CRM software available at leadflowscrm.com. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

What the service does

LeadFlows CRM is a web application for appointment-based businesses. It stores enquiries and customer records, manages a sales pipeline, appointments, tasks and staff, and can send text message follow-ups to customers you add to the system.

Your account

• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the staff you invite and for what they do in your workspace.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
• text people who have not given you permission to contact them, or continue texting anyone who has opted out;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing usage limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for complying with the messaging, telemarketing and privacy rules that apply where you and your customers are located, including obtaining consent and honouring opt-outs.

Messaging and phone numbers

Text messaging is delivered through third-party telecommunications carriers. Carriers may require business registration before automated messages are allowed, and may filter or delay messages outside our control. Message allowances are stated on your plan; additional messages can be purchased as top-ups. Unused monthly message allowance expires one month after it is granted.

Our intellectual property

We own the service and everything in it — software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected, for as long as your subscription is active. You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the service, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Service level

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, which are calculated at the time of purchase. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller — see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations — including messaging abuse. You may cancel at any time. When access ends you will have a reasonable window to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your messaging, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction. Questions: leadflowscrm@gmail.com.
